Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a highly specialized cardiovascular expert, you will be responsible for performing and reporting echocardiograms according to BSE guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct and interpret echocardiograms using advanced technology.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of cardiac physiology and pathology.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSc in Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate professional accreditation e.g. MSc, PG Dip.
  • Evidence of experience in adult basic life support.
