Reliability Maintenance Engineering at Amazon

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and quality of our equipment, while also enhancing the operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site, our team handles most aspects of Amazon's technical side.

Requirements:
  • Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
