About The Service
We are seeking a Residential Childcare Officer to join our team at Ty Storrie, a Residential Home providing short break accommodation for young people with additional learning needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our children, offering generous enhancements for evenings, weekend working, Bank Holidays and sleeping in duties, additional to your salary.
You will receive an additional salary enhancement of % after pm weekdays, % weekends and £ per sleep in.

We are currently looking for positions at hours.
As a Residential Childcare Officer, you will play an essential part in providing direct care and effective support to young people in our short break home to enable them to achieve positive outcomes in line with their childcare personal plan.
Every day is different, and you will face new challenges, we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the young people in their care.
