About the Role

  • Lead the management of the Transport Team, including performance reviews, management, and HR processes.
  • Ensure KPI targets are exceeded and corrective action is taken in a timely manner to enable a performance culture.
  • Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Transport operation.
  • Support the internal and external audit process for the site to remain compliant with standards, environment, and statutory obligations.

Requirements

  • On-the-job experience in an existing or comparable role.
  • Experienced people manager, including ER and performance process management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Resilient under pressure, able to meet deadlines while adapting quickly to unforeseen work demands.
  • CPC holder with O Licence responsibility.
