Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate the world of international money? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Tesco Hucknall, Nottingham.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions, and promoting our range of international money products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on our Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
