Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our transactional team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial advice to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate share purchase and business purchase agreements, investment agreements, and other equity investment documentation.
  • Contribute to and coordinate complex due diligence reviews and disclosure processes.
  • Provide general corporate counsel to clients on an ad hoc basis, including board and shareholder meetings, communication with stakeholders, and restrictions on corporate actions.
  • Advising upon, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Be a solicitor with a current practising certificate, qualified in Scots or English law.
  • Have at least 2 years' relevant experience in a general corporate or corporate transactional team.
  • Have ambition to develop in corporate transactional work.
  • Have a 'can do' attitude.
