  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Reception or front desk representative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach.

We are offering a competitive salary of £24k-£25,600 per annum, making this a highly attractive opportunity.
