Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Step Teachers in Norwich and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children and contribute to their development and growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development principles, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent and previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner are also essential.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and experiences
  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure seamless care and education provision
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Contributing to the overall management of the nursery or childcare setting
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
Salary:

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
