About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Management Analyst to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for controlling and reconciling bank reconciliations for our Funeralcare business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in complex balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Report Development: Create reports for internal customers to resolve reconciliation queries and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Team Support: Support team development by helping advisors with complex queries, producing training guides, and guiding the Funeralcare Finance administration team.
  • Business Improvement: Identify and implement ways to continuously improve processes within our team, working on business change programmes to support system roll-outs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: An AAT qualification, working towards one or relevant accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage partners clearly.
