Job Title: Senior Administrator – Transfer Agency

At JTC Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Transfer Agency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and quality control of AML and CDD functions, as well as assisting with regular reviews of activities conducted within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with providing oversight and quality control of AML and CDD functions
  • Support the Senior Management team within Transfer Agency and Funds department
  • Identify and review fraud cases, and trends
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of Shareholder Registers for open-ended funds administered by JTC
  • Respond to all team queries and requests, and ensure quality control, adherence to policies, procedures, and SLAs
Essential Requirements:
  • 2+ years of funds industry experience directly working in fund operations/administration
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Knowledge of KYC, CDD, and onboarding requirements for both private and corporate investors
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to adopt a can-do mentality
  • Excellent planning and organisation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to challenge current processes to enhance working practices
