At JTC Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Transfer Agency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and quality control of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in the review and maintenance of shareholder registers for open-ended funds administered by JTC.
- Provide support to the Senior Management team within the Transfer Agency and Funds department.
- Identify and review potential fraud cases, and assist in the development of risk assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of AML/CDD documentation, including SOF/SOW information and certifications.
- Produce accurate management information for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the completion of regular transaction monitoring processes within the team.
- Perform pre-screening and adverse media checking of new onboard clients.
- Assist in the review and maintenance of the Case Management system (Pure Funds).
- 2+ years of experience in the funds industry, with a focus on fund operations and administration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of KYC, CDD, and onboarding requirements for private and corporate investors.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent client service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
