Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Inverness. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our care home. The ideal candidate will have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, providing support and companionship to residents.
- Help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
- Undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding, including supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time.
