Field Sales Specialist

Job Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our client's team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the Waste Management sector and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Cold calling, door-to-door sales, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Manage own sales pipelines using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Experience in the Waste Management sector preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of online lead generation and social platforms.
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to articulate confidently.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
