Internal Engagement Officer

We are seeking a skilled Internal Engagement Officer to join our team at Pertemps Warrington. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to engage our 1700 professionals across 25 offices in the EU, Middle East, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including intranets and email systems.
  • Support the organization in person at events and conferences.
  • Manage monthly business briefs, including agenda items, presenter preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to support engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably internal communications or HR.
  • Knowledge of using communication platforms and tools, such as intranet systems and email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
