About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and other sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external contacts to drive sales growth.
  • Manage customer backorders and reporting to ensure timely resolution and accurate information.
  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for sales and customer service teams.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
