Carers First is seeking an Insight and Quality Management Lead to join our team in Lincolnshire. This is a key role in driving organisational improvement and ensuring high-quality services for carers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent written analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of planning and delivering workshops and training sessions
  • A good geographical and working knowledge of support services available in Lincolnshire

The salary for this position is estimated at £42,500 per annum, plus benefits such as annual leave entitlement, flexible working options, and access to our workplace pension scheme.
