About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Insight Lead to join our team in Lincolnshire.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with experience of developing and implementing quality systems and measures, collating, analysing and reporting data. The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexibly, maintain a good work-life balance, and be able to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Quality Management Framework that aligns to Lincolnshire County Council's framework.
  • Onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire with the Quality Framework, providing training and support.
  • Support the development and implementation of Carers First's Impact and Evaluation Framework and ISO 9001.
  • Take overall responsibility for monitoring strengths and learning across Lincolnshire.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of using CRM systems such as Mosaic, BlueBox, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written, analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver workshops.
  • Good geographical knowledge of support services available in Lincolnshire.
