Compliance Manager - Wholesale Energy

We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team, supporting our Trading and Generation teams in ensuring delivery of consistent advice, guidance, and training in relation to wholesale energy.

As a Compliance Manager, you'll work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business, influencing and shaping our compliance practices to achieve best-in-class results. Your prior experience dealing with regulators, exchanges, or related third parties will be key, displaying your knowledge of sound compliance practices within a similar environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to Trading and Generation teams
  • Developing and implementing effective compliance monitoring and surveillance techniques
  • Supporting the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence and shape compliance practices
  • Investigating compliance issues, including large volumes of data gathering and complex analysis
