About the Role:

We're seeking a Compliance Manager to support our Trading and Generation teams in delivering consistent advice, guidance, and training in relation to wholesale energy.

As a key member of our compliance team, you'll work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business, influencing and advising on regulatory matters.

With a strong understanding of wholesale physical and financial markets, you'll use your experience in investigations, data gathering, and complex analysis to develop and present conclusions and recommendations to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  2. Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Investigate and analyze complex data to identify compliance risks and opportunities
  4. Develop and present recommendations to senior leaders to improve compliance

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly experienced Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of wholesale physical and financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and commercial teams.

You'll have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a compliance team, preferably from the energy or financial services industries.
