Job Title: Senior Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Exploitation and Missing Team (EmPower). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with adolescents, utilizing a trauma-informed, child-centered approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people. As a member of our integrated service, you will be working closely with social workers, youth justice officers, police, psychologists, education officers, substance misuse workers, and health workers.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing systems to offer the best support for exploited and missing children and young people. You will also be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload efficiently.

In return for your dedication and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A generous annual leave entitlement starting at 25 days per year + bank holidays (FTE) + option to purchase up to an additional ten days per year (FTE)
