Lead English Educator

We are seeking an exceptional Lead English Educator to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this role is approximately £41,000 - £52,000 per annum, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

As a Lead English Educator, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our students across three key stages.
You will use a range of assessment strategies to provide targeted and directed feedback, and be inspired by reading and researching new pedagogy on learning and teaching.
You will be creative and reflective in planning lessons and schemes of work, and have the skills to form excellent working relationships with all individuals.

- To be keen to continually develop your practice, with a collaborative approach
- To be an enthusiastic teacher who can motivate and challenge students
