Position Available: Staff Nurse/Nursing AssociateWe are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse/Nursing Associate to join our Eye Unit, where you will play a vital part in delivering high standards of patient care and ensuring a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate theatre lists and ensure smooth patient flow
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Maintain safe patient care areas and adhere to infection control protocols
- Supervise junior team members and provide guidance and support
- First level Registered Nurse qualification and relevant experience
- Ophthalmic experience preferred, but not essential
- ILS training or willingness to undertake
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong patient-centered approach and ability to work effectively in a team
