Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Location: On-site

Salary: £30,000-£43,000 per annum + benefits

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our high-profile customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are met, and you will strive for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a good IT background. You will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, coordinating internal teams, and meeting with customers to perform service reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring performance and service metrics
  2. Coordinating internal teams to ensure external clients' quality service levels and expectations are being met
  3. Meeting with customers to perform Service Reviews
  4. Understanding customers and being their voice

Requirements:

  1. Client-focused mindset and an exceptional drive to exceeding client expectations
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts or issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  3. Good IT background gained from an equivalent role or similar
  4. Demonstrable understanding of service operations
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with an operational and technical problem-solving orientation

The role will be on-site full time for the duration of your probation and would then move to a hybrid model thereafter.
