We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Charitable Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will work one day a week, Thursday, from 9am to 5pm, with the potential to increase to two days per week closer to Christmas depending on workload demands.

This role involves working with a super lovely charity, where you will be responsible for logging Christmas gifts from the catalogue, opening and recording physical gifts sent to HQ, and performing ad hoc letter fulfillment tasks for the sponsorship and companionship scheme.

To excel in this position, you will require accurate administration skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and excellent teamwork capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Log Christmas gifts from the catalogue

• Record and process physical gifts sent to HQ
