Job Role: Sales Ledger Clerk


About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Globe Business Media Group.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of clients within the accounting and CRM packages
  • Process invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as necessary
  • Keep revenue products up-to-date in the system
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams to ensure contracts and sales orders are entered correctly
  • Maintain good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assist in identifying debtor and unbilled issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements:



  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough and methodical
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
