Job Title: Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide support to our service users with mental health needs, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to service users with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support service users to engage in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in mental health
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
