About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker at Brunswick Mews, a specialist residential care home for adults with complex needs in Wednesbury, West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support residents with daily activities, including personal care and household tasks.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
