Client Services Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Services Director to join our growing team at Career Trails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the client services department and make necessary improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the overall client experience.
  • Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client services or customer success role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
