A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Lead Generation Account Handler to join our team at Footman James, a leading specialist insurance broker.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business leads through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects
  • Coordinating diaries and lead/pipeline databases to maximize conversion and optimize use of time
  • Managing mail shots and lead generation projects to provide accurate and timely MI
