The Role

This role is responsible for generating a qualified pipeline of opportunities to meet the growth ambitions of our agency. You will work closely with our marketing team to define contact strategies and follow-ups, as well as maintaining and optimising a data-led approach to lead management.

  • Generate leads from cold contact via multiple channels – phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sources
  • Maintain and optimise a data-led approach to lead management – including all stages of the funnel from website visits and cold approach right through to conversion
  • Review in-bound enquiries and qualify
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Checking tender sites for appropriate opportunities and completing initial qualification
  • Managing and updating our profile on public and private tender portals
  • Defining new sources of opportunities and new tender portals
  • Setting up and managing ongoing status reporting and MI on New Business performance
Working at Our Agency
  • Hybrid: this role will be based in our central Bristol office for at least seven days per month, creating the kind of working relationships that allow us to do our best work
  • Flexible: we expect our team to be contactable between our core hours of 9:30 and 4:30, but outside of that, we're flexible in how we manage our time

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
