The primary objective of this role is to provide expert guidance and support to employees who require assistance with health and wellbeing-related issues. This includes facilitating conversations to help individuals remain in work and promoting recovery at the earliest opportunity to prevent long-term ill health.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails from employees seeking advice and information on health and wellbeing-related matters. Using established algorithms, the post holder will triage and determine the best outcomes for staff using a range of health intervention options.
