**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at San Diego HOA Management. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HOAs, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with community boards to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of HOAs, including routine tasks such as sending out violation notices and annual disclosure notices.
  • Work closely with community boards to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve HOA governance and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary based on industry experience and professional designations earned: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
  • An auto expense allowance and mileage reimbursement for every business mile driven.
  • 3 weeks of vacation every year after a 30-day probation period.
  • Benefits under a group policy that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
  • 10 days off per year for sick leave, bereavement, or personal days off.
  • Reimbursement for classes offered by the Community Associations Institute or California Association of Community Managers.
  • The opportunity to work from home 5 days a week.
