About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Cairn Group, responsible for driving revenue growth across our UK hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maximisation of revenue through effective rate management, occupancy optimisation and strategic pricing.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue strategies.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work under pressure.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
