**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager EMEA to provide ongoing executional support for all operational controls that enhance the customer experience, maximize efficiencies, and drive profitability in our EMEA retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales objectives and store profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational controls and drive best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans to improve operational performance.
  • Establish relationships with key corporate partners to ensure market needs are met and sales and profitability are maximized.
  • Drive best practices using regional insights to optimize operational performance and maintain a seamless shopping experience within an omnichannel environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-unit operations at a luxury retailer.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong computer competence in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
