About the JobAs a Financial Crime Manager, you will be responsible for responding to technical queries and overseeing increased risk scenarios referred from front-line customer administration teams. You will also represent the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) via delegated authority, providing a brilliant opportunity to build on existing knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support cross-functional anti-financial crime initiatives, including key projects, maintaining framework documents, and supporting audits.
- Develop and implement prevention strategies, contributing to the development and delivery of training, and providing technical guidance to other team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing effectively and spotting and explaining financial crime risks verbally and in writing.
