Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for technology? Our client, a leading IT Service Provider, is seeking a Field Engineer with EPOS experience to join their team. As a trusted partner in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, they deliver top-notch deployment and support services to major brands like BK, KFC, McDonald's, Itsu, and Taco Bell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain EPOS hardware and kiosks, ensuring seamless transactions and customer engagement.
  • Perform 1st and 2nd fix data cabling, guaranteeing reliable connectivity and functionality at every site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on-site, minimizing disruption to clients' customers.
Working Environment:

As a Field Engineer, you'll work on customer-facing sites, construction sites, and in confined spaces. You'll need to be flexible, willing to travel, and work overnight shifts when necessary.

Requirements:
  • EPOS hardware and kiosks experience.
  • Data cabling (Cat5, Cat6) and fiber cabling expertise.
  • Basic software knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • CSCS/ECS cardholder preferred.
