Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in supervising mechanical engineering teams, preferably in industrial settings.
  • Familiarity with steam plants, pumps, motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and detailed fitting.
  • HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • BOAS qualification/training and previous health and safety training.
  • A full clean UK driver's license.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of circa £25/hour (DoE) and access to training and development opportunities to support career growth.
