Lead Software Engineer in Southport

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
