The successful candidate will earn an estimated salary of £35,000 per annum, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

This Technical Administrator role will involve coordinating project delivery plans, ensuring excellent standards of record keeping, and working closely with technical and commercial staff across projects.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project workspaces, collating specifications, plans, drawings, schedules, and briefs, and authoring operations and maintenance documentation.

Typical day-to-day duties will include publishing agendas, taking minutes for key meetings, managing equipment inventories, and arranging scheduled testing of kits.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and previous experience with collaborative software, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM360.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to occasional site visits.

With a minimum of five GCSEs at pass grade or above, including maths, English, and a technical subject, you will possess the necessary skills and qualifications for this role.
