**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Vocational Support Specialist to join our IPS Employment Service team in Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health needs to access and sustain employment, implementing the IPS model, and managing a caseload of clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting vocational assessments and developing action plans with clients
  • Providing job search assistance, application support, and interview skills training
  • Offering in-work support to help clients sustain employment
  • Engaging with employers to create job opportunities and challenge mental health stigma

**Requirements:**

  • A good standard of education (NVQ 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience in health, social care, or voluntary sector working with people with mental health issues
  • Knowledge of vocational assessment, employment practices, and relevant welfare benefits
