About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Aftersales team at the Vindis Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in the motor industry, preferably with a background in leadership and customer-facing roles. You will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the department to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales and service growth
  • Building a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including employee discounts, life assurance, and enhanced sick pay.
