Job Summary

PMR is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the electrical systems and maintenance of our luxury development in Westminster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, facility management, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the electrical systems, including circuit breakers, trip switches, and PAT testing, to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the building's electrical infrastructure, including generators, air conditioning systems, and heating and water systems.
  • Conduct regular checks of all building systems and ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Liaise with and oversee outside specialist contractors as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff and other team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Building Manager to ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and facility management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and duties.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and manual labor.
