Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group sessions at a base specifically crafted for a small group of students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with ASC.
  • Build trusting relationships with students and provide a secure learning environment.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with students, staff, and parents.
  • Support pupils in processing new information and adapting to changing circumstances.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people with ASC.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
