About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and driven individual to join our Field Sales Representatives team as a Sales Representative. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services.
- Deliver excellent service and sell our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
- Work in a target-driven role, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Participate in in-depth training to develop quality conversations with customers and set yourself up for success.
Requirements:
- A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
- Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors.
- A positive, winning attitude.
- The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
- Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year with uncapped commission (pro-rata).
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata).
- Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.
- An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
