Senior Quality Assurance Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our client in Suffolk. This successful business operates within the food manufacturing sector and is known for their strong reputation and well-established relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in QA or Technical roles, preferably in Food, FMCG or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. They will be responsible for leading the QA Team, driving high levels of food safety and GMP standards, and ensuring that Quality KPIs are well established and measured.

This role offers an excellent salary of £67,000 plus benefits, including a flexible approach to work-life balance. The company understands the importance of balancing work and personal life, allowing remote work arrangements when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leadership and development of the QA Team
* Having the technical expertise to understand all aspects of the Technical role
* Conducting regular audits to consistently drive standards and resolve any issues

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be proactive, and have a bright and inquisitive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. They will also be able to problem-solve effectively and collaborate with the wider factory teams.
