We are seeking a skilled General Assistant to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading independent contract caterer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced catering environment and work with a great team passionate about food and serving wonderful customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare, set-up, serve, clear, clean, and store away any food, beverage, or equipment required for special functions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure company food standards are adhered to.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends for functions and school events.
- Health and Safety: Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
