Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with ease.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
