At Alcura Health España S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales operations efforts in clinical trials sourcing. This vital role will drive growth, optimize sales processes, and ensure seamless integration with our cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Operations Strategy Development: Align business growth targets with key accounts, develop and grow key accounts, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales operations.
  2. CRM Management & Analytics: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system to support sales activities, and utilize CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior, market trends, and pipeline analysis.
  3. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, including lead generation, lead qualification, opportunity management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and order processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of sales operations processes and best practices.
  • Good exposure to client engagement and commercial focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
