About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education Group. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and care leavers, providing them with the support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with young adults to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Provide practical assistance and guidance to help individuals overcome daily challenges.
  • Build trusting relationships with service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
