Job Description:

This role involves a combination of design, development, testing, and maintenance of fluid power control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of these systems into machine designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fluid power engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop pneumatic, hydraulic, lubrication, and coolant control systems for gear manufacturing machines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fluid power controls into machine designs.
  • Analyze customer specifications and applicable safety standards to develop cost and schedule estimates for machine development projects.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic or Fluid Power Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in fluid power design, preferably with a focus on gear manufacturing machines.
  • Expertise in Creo, EPLAN, and SAP software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Salary Range:

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
